On July 1st and 2nd, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming our long-term distributor from Dubai to the CX PACKING MACHINE factory. The purpose of their visit was twofold: to inspect the 5L engine oil automatic filling and capping line they previously ordered, and to discuss a brand-new production line project for their expanding operations.

Successful Machine Inspection – Smooth Performance, Precision at Its Best

During the visit, our team demonstrated the complete automatic servo piston filling machine and automatic capping machine in full operation. The results were impressive — the entire system ran smoothly, met every performance target, and passed the customer’s rigorous on-site inspection with flying colors.

Highlights of the inspected production line include:

• Servo-driven piston filling machine offering high accuracy with a filling tolerance of less than ±0.5%, ideal for high-viscosity liquids like engine oil, motor oil, and lubricant;

• Flexible adjustment for different filling volumes and speeds via intuitive touchscreen interface;

• Integrated automatic capping machine capable of sorting, placing, and tightening various cap types with precision;

• Full PLC control system with real-time diagnostics and easy operation for improved efficiency and reliability.

The customer was highly satisfied, noting the equipment quality, professional design, and smooth automation exceeded their expectations.

Positive Talks on New Project – More Cooperation Ahead

Following the successful inspection, we sat down with the distributor to discuss a new automatic packaging line tailored to their growing needs. The meeting was highly productive — both sides shared ideas openly, and the distributor expressed strong interest in placing the next order very soon.

The new project will also feature our signature automatic servo piston filling machines, high-speed capping machines, and fully integrated packaging components, all designed for high-output liquid production with minimal labor and maximum consistency.
