Description:
This semi-automatic can sealing machine is designed for sealing various round cans with metal lids. It is widely used for sealing tin cans, plastic jars, paper tea cans, and aluminum bowls. The machine is compact in size, easy to operate, and supports both semi-automatic and time-based automatic modes.
The operator places the can on the lifting tray. When the machine is activated:
1. The tray rises to push the can against the sealing head.
2. Two or four sealing rollers rotate to crimp and roll the lid onto the can.
3. The tray automatically lowers after sealing is complete.
4. In automatic mode, the lifting tray moves up and down at preset intervals, allowing continuous sealing.
The sealing is achieved by mechanical pressure and rotation, ensuring a firm, smooth, and leak-proof seal.
Working process & Principle
